aloha friday: it's fun to play at the YMCA

The fall YMCA program guide came in the mail yesterday and after flipping through it I decided I wanted to put MM in a couple of sports classes this fall. They are super inexpensive for Y members and seem geared for age appropriateness. The classes I’m looking at are for ages 4-6 and say their emphasis is on fun and teaching teamwork – that sounds perfect to me! I’m planning to put him in T Ball for the first half of the fall and indoor soccer for the second half. I hope he loves it!

So my Aloha Friday question(s)  is/are:

What was your child’s first sport and how old were they? Did they like it?

If you haven’t had a kid in sports, which sports / extracurriculars would you want them to try?
