Here’s to the most beautiful woman in the world. (Sorry to disappoint, if you thought you held that title). The yin to my yang, the peanut butter to my jelly. She keeps me grounded, and is the wind beneath my wings. She makes me strive to be better in every way, and props me up when I can’t. She puts up with my workaholism, my social ineptitude, my complete inability to remember all the silly little things (like why I left the remote in the refrigerator). Still, she manages to think I’m special. For that, I’ll always be the happiest man alive.
Happy Valentine’s Day to my wife, and all her fans… from her Biggest Fan.
He’s been my Valentine for 6 years now. We’ve both grown a lot, we’ve changed, we’ve matured. He is almost unrecognizable now in this picture, he’s aged and changed so much. Me? Well you’ll just have to take me word for it that I’m different I guess.
Our lives have changed in SO many ways – from little things like new glasses, growing a beard, weight losses and gains – to bigger things like babies, houses, jobs, moving halfway across the country. I like Hondas now and Steven Tyler. He listens to music not produced in the 1970′s.
We’ve come a LONG way, guys. But he’s still my favorite guy. I still look at him and giggle and blush because he’s just the cutest guy I know. I still want to tell him everything, sometimes at midnight when he’s trying to sleep or at 6:30pm the second he gets home over dinner even though his eyes are still kind of glazed over with that “I’m still thinking about programming stuff and can’t actually hear you” kind of look. And he’s usually pretty nice to me and doesn’t complain. Much. <3
Happy Valentines Day to the love of my life – the handsome guy with the beard reading slash dot on his cell phone at the breakfast table. He’s got technology coming out of his ears and it’s adorable.
