How was your first week of September? Did your kids go back to school this week or have they been back for, like, ages now? Does it feel like autumn yet where you are or is it still sweltering hot summer weather? We’ve had a little of both, weather-wise and we’re three weeks into our school year and sort of kind of starting to find a rhythm. I started my first week of work at a new job – my first job in eight years and I’m excited about my new little personal journey that I’m taking. I hope that you are enjoying your journey as well, whether you’ve been walking it for minutes, days, years or eons.

Wherever you are on your journey, regardless of your kids’ school routines and the weather, join me to take a quick minute to laugh, smile and nod vigorously in agreement to these great things found on the interwebs this week. If you want to add an “oh my, YES.” I won’t stop you.

• It’s been TWENTY years since the Little Rascals came out. If that fact doesn’t make you feel old, these reunion pictures of the cast of The Little Rascals might. At the very least, they’ll make you laugh.
• This is a season of quick and easy meals for us. This chicken & stuffing crock pot meal at Stockpiling Moms looks perfect.
• Mommy Shorts shared tips for taking a successful First Day of School picture that made me laugh, smile and nod vigorously in agreement. So that is a thing. This is my daughter completely.
• Roo at Semiproper talked about being sexy but not too sexy and other stupid things we’re telling girls. This one made me want to yell “Yes! Preach it sister!” But I didn’t. Because I didn’t want to startle my dog.
