I might be a day late and several dollars short, but I got it done! It’s been so hard finding time to record vlogs with the baby getting much more verbal and teething / whiny to boot. Add that to the hubby being out of town and there just aren’t many quiet moments in my day. Today I said, “I don’t care if it’s quiet, I really like these questions and want to play along!”
Monday Mingle is a vlogging meme hosted by 80 MPH Mom. Head to her blog for the weekly questions and the linky to submit your video post.

Hi Jen!
I am so happy to see you again…and your little ones are so cute! I heard a little sneeze at the beginning – bless you little one!
I can’t believe how much you have moved…that makes my head spin LOL.
Thank you for joining in again – it is always good to see you!

Hey Jen!
I love that you were able to do a vblog entry and your 3 yr old is just about as attention hungry on camera as my 3 yr old son! hehe Luckily, my 2 yr old is pretty mellow and shy so I don’t have 2 of them climbing all over while I’m trying to do things like that, but this is the first time I’ve run across this particular vblog idea – very neat!
Biscuits & gravy…oh you just said the magic breakfast words! hehe YUM! We were going 99% vegan and actually leaning towards raw foods before we moved here from CA…sadly, Madison is just not vegan or raw friendly from what we’ve found, but I guess that’s what you get moving to dairy country! Our 2 yr old son is very lactose intolerant and in general doesn’t like meats, so he stays pretty vegetarian (actually he’d be vegan if I didn’t add butter every now and he didn’t like eggs, he’s on rice cheese even).
Do you guys live on the east or west side? I love colonial & victorian style houses, which is really hard to find up here in the north, but the house we bought here actually is very pretty. When we first arrived last June, I seriously didn’t think we’d find anything we would like (we had 4 days to view the whole city and walk through every house on the market that matched our needs, and to submit an offer to purchase – did I mention it was my first time visiting here EVER too). 🙂
WOW…you really have moved a lot!! I’ve lived in 15 buildings (apartments, houses, townhomes) since birth…but only in 4 states (and 2 of those states were post-college and 1 other than was before I was 6 months old)! 🙂 What brings your family here? I see your hubby is a nerd like mine (linux gives it away – it’s actually what I’m running right now). I hope he’s not out of town too long…I know how hard it is to be at home with the kids for days on end! Mine has conferences cross country at least 2x per year for a week at a time, and it always seems to happen when we have a newborn too. This year he has been asked to go for a “few weeks” to Japan too…I’m gonna need major mama outings those weeks to stay sane! lol
It was good getting to know you a bit better through your blog, I hope we can chat at the next Bunco night!! I’m starting to get pretty uncomfortable being so pregnant so I’m hoping I’m up for one last Bunco night!
Have a splendid week!!

Hey we wouldn’t be moms if we had a quiet house all the time! I hear you on going out…we rarely go out now since the twins…they are a bit unruly during meals. To say the least. So glad you mingled! We are late too and a few bucks short…but better late than never! Have a great rest of the week!
