Many, many moons ago I started an ABC project with MM. I got a workbook with letters for him to practice writing and I took pictures of ABC related things around the house. He’s practiced writing all his letters, I’ve scanned his pages into the computer and I’ve found pictures for all of the letters except X. The workbook copped out and used a picture of a BOX which ends in X but I’m determined to do better. Xylophone, I know, but we don’t own one. I’m planning to look for one in a toy store and take a picture of him with it there… because I’m cheap.
But… we’re almost there. Once I get that X picture I’m going to compile all of it and make a book with all his ABC pages and all of the pictures I took and give it to him as a present. I hope he likes it…

Boy, that has turned out cute. Now I have to ask – When are you starting BB’s? (lol, yep, you can shoot me now!)

Whoa look at you. What a great idea! I’ll have to tell my daughters about this book. Look at those sandcastles, I loves doing sandcastles always did since I was a kid, but I still like to do it now. Great pics.

I’m so glad you kept up with the “book”, I’d been wondering (and hoping) you had. So fun! I’m tempted to start again just for fun…cause really what else do I have to do? 😉
