I’ve been waiting for something to blog about today and my bloggy buddy Jen @ Stuff Jen Says just came to my rescue with this fun TV / Movie meme – want to play along, too? Just answer the following questions about your favorite show or movie…

• The first character I fell in love with: Meredith Grey – my husband likes to make fun of her but Mer is a character that I could instantly relate to and since she married Dan’s favorite character, McDreamy, I’m thinking it all makes perfect sense, right?
• The character I’m most like: I might be more like Lexie than Meredith, I’m not sure, somewhere between those two though.
• The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Mark Sloan! He and Alex have both come a looooong way.
• The character I’d like to punch in the face: Mark’s daughter – she needs to grow up quick.
• My favorite characters: Meredith, Derek, Alex, Lexie…
• My favorite couples: MerDer and Alexie these days but it changes all the time. Seattle Grace is constantly coupling off.
• The coolest thing about the show/movie: Um, everything? It’s one of the few medical dramas that I find interesting, they really know how to keep things fresh and exciting. I think Shonda Rhimes is a genius at story telling, constantly pulling out new angles and drama.
• The lamest thing about the show/movie: Sometimes a couple will break up and it sucks because they seemed perfect for each other – but it’s like the show needed drama so the relationship ended. I suppose life might seem like that sometimes, too, but then = sometimes life sucks.
• What happens in my favorite episode/scene: I loved the post-it note wedding and the house of candles with MerDer. Those were probably my two happiest moments.
• Least favorite episode/scene: Izzie leaving still feels kind of strange and forced in my book.
• My favorite celebrity guest/cameo: Demi Lovato was on this Thursday and I haven’t seen it yet but I’m really looking forward to it!
• Best music (if any)? I am not good at paying attention to the music – I enjoy it, but I couldn’t tell you who any of the artists are.
• My favorite quote: I’m still a fan of “Seriously!”
