Last week Dan went out of town – for the whole week. It sucked, we complained about it a lot, and I sent him emails each night with pictures from the day so that he’d see all the great stuff he was missing out on feel kind of like he’d been there. Because I’m a dork and I like to hear myself talk / read stuff I write, I thought I’d post them here, too so I can remember my little week pretending to be a single mom sort of. Here’s my email from last Monday:

So I thought I’d send you some cute pictures from yesterday to brighten your day. 🙂

[BB] spent a lot of the day in her jammies reading books and being adorable.

After dinner [MM] worked on his mazes – doing fantastic of course. He tried to use his left hand first and was drawing very faintly so you might not be able to see the lines here. He did better with his right hand.
