Last night my 4 year old said he wanted to tell me a bedtime story all about his favorite two brothers in the universe, Phineas and Ferb. If you’ve never seen this adorable show on the Disney channel, you are missing out! It’s a favorite in our home and I mean, literally, for all of us. Dan and I are almost just as smitten as MM – but maybe not quite as smitten! We got him the adorable plush dolls you see in the video at the Disney Store on an impulse a month or so back and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
I think my favorite thing about this video is how true to the general plot of every episode his story is – it’s such a formula-driven show and remarkably, it works. I’m also quite smitten with the idea of making up our own stories and might have to make this a regular feature both in our real lives and on the blog. But I am biased about how cute he is. :O)

As I posted directly on the YouTube video, since I’m as obsessed with Phineas and Ferb as you are, I must say this video is adorable. I especially love the way he says “Phineas.” And congrats on having Dan and Swampy themselves think highly of it, too!

First of all- SO cute! Second- we LOVE Phineas and Ferb too! You should totally start a meme of kid-written Phineas and Ferb tales! I know that my little guy would totally dig it!
