Wednesday was a rainy, dreary day. We were stuck indoors for several reasons but the rain was fairly chief among them. I kept myself busy taking pictures of the rain on the window in manual mode.

Sometimes I think my photography skills are pretty slamming, if I do say so myself.

Still more to learn though. The kids kept busy for awhile coloring. My in-laws were flying into town that night so MM wanted to make cards for everybody and practice his spelling.

He is getting really good at this whole writing / drawing thing in my, again, humble opinion.

Of course BB wanted to color, too.

Or at least, she wanted to play with the crayons and be adorable anyway. She does that pretty well, too.

Today is luckily not rainy and with the in-laws in town our crayons haven’t come out once today… yet.
