I had my first appointment today, just paperwork and lab tests. I haven’t even met my new OB/GYN yet but Similac is wasting no time delivering their Swag Bag. I don’t need another diaper bag (and this one is tiny anyway in my humble experienced mom opinion) and I won’t be formula feeding if I can help it – but look at all those magazines and free samples! Sure I’ll take your bag of free stuff!

Oh my gosh!!!! Somewhere I have a huge swag bag FULL of stuff I never even looked through that I got at my first prenatal appointment with the Little Imp more than three years ago now. I had TOTALLY forgotten about it until I read your post. *lol*
I have to say though, my ovaries are sort of about to explode…like they always do when I read about an impending arrival. Down girls…your time is over!

I always love those bags too! Lot’s of goodies! I think your kids are cute. I can’t really tell with those camera’s up to their faces : ). Do you love taking pictures in your house?

@ Krystyn : No this one is all magazines and lotions, etc. No bottle / formula stuff probably until the baby is born.

Did you get that little bag with the things for the freezer for bottles? I didn’t get one of those this time…and it’s perfect for taking bottles to daycare. Sigh.

I got a TON of those too so I just donated them to Crisis nurseries or head start schools that had birth and up programs.

@ Andrea : The woman I spoke to said July 25, but that’s just based off last period, etc. My next appointment should be a bit more informative! 🙂

I love free stuff!! Did they give you any estimate change for your due date? Or do you know nothing yet till you meet your OB?
