My Teaser:

“You may not be able to master underwater sumo wrestling, advanced yoga for invertebrates, or whatever the latest fitness craze is, but that “one foot in front of the other” thing is a no-brainer. And studies show that walking is the perfect exercise to get your heart in that midlevel aerobic range, where you burn fat most efficiently.”

    Ooo! I am a HUGE fan of Leslie and her walking workouts! I’ve been doing them since March 2005, and still am not bored! 🙂

    She’s very right in that “putting one foot in front of the other is a no-brainer”… her workouts are the simplest I’ve found, and yet they’re fun!

    I’ve read this book, plus 2 of her others, too, and they’re all good! 😀
