It looks like warm weather is finally back here in Wisconsin – hopefully to stay this time! Days like this though, I loathe being in the kitchen, especially come dinner time.

What’s your favorite go-to meal on a hot day?

I don’t have any special meals on a hot day. I just cook what is available and healthy 🙂
But lots of liquid is a must.

that’s a great question, i’m really bad at eating when it’s hot, it’s just too much hassle to prepare anything!

Anything and everything on the grill – burgers, hot dogs (for hubby and Princess Nagger), ribs, corn, fish, chicken – you name it. That, and all kinds of salads, too. Well, not on the grill, but you know what I mean. 😉

On hot days we totally don’t eat much. Usually its cold cut sandwiches and fresh fruits and veggies! And of course BBQ on the grill yummy!!

But then again, I would eat salad every day!
So, maybe that is just my go to in general!
