Last night I finally got around to crafting these invitations for MM’s fourth birthday party (I got the idea for this cheap, easy invitation here). I am ridiculously excited about this party and I hope I pull it off at least half as well as it stands in my mind.
Part of me wishes we were back in MA for this one as I know all my friends would adore all the awesomeness I have in store but it’s MM’s party and I see no need to blow it off just because MY friends aren’t around to enjoy it. We’re inviting two families from play group for a Mickey Mouse themed pajama party.
More details to come as we get closer to the date of course. I’m thinking of putting together a whole “party planning” blog post with recipes and print outs of everything we do as I have a lot of great resources and ideas.

I have yet to do any party planning for the oldest who is an April Fool which is in just a few short weeks. Sadly he’s turning that “mature” age of 11 where he doesn’t really need a theme. 😦
