When she first learned to climb onto the couch, I was filled with pride. I didn’t quite realize this was the beginning of the end.
From climbing the couch, she moved onto climbing everything – or using the couch as a starting point to climb onto the table next to the couch, or up onto the very back of the couch. Anything to make mommy’s heart drop to her ankles.
Luckily she has recently learned how to climb off the couch, too. This gives me some comfort. Some. Needless to say, as painfully adorable as she is – we are all in trouble. And very tired.

Isn’t there a law about being so dog gone cute! She’s got to be the cutest little baby girl I’ve seen in a long time. Well, of course since my own girls were little. ~hehe~ That was many years ago though/ Yep, been there done that. Just don’t let them in the kitchen to do any climbing. That is a BIG no NO!

I can remember when my girls started moving around, because there were two of them, we had to cage them in. Sofas and units were positioned carefully so that they couldn’t escape, as I just didn’t have enough arms.

At the risk of sounding creepy …. THANK YOU for sharing your children with us. They are quite possibly the cutest, most adorable children I have ever seen and seeing their bright smiles and blue, BLUE eyes really makes my day.
