I saw this fun quiz on Birdie Bookworm’s blog and was immediately curious about what Hogwarts house my insane dog would be placed into. For those of you who haven’t met him, this is my dog, Doctor. He’s a 5 year old black lab / saint bernard mix – yes seriously – who manages to be adorable, insane, clever and idiotic all at the same time. Also, he has one less eyeball than this photograph because apparently glaucoma is no joke.
True story. Anyway, here’s the quiz and below that you’ll see my dog’s results. I’m putting Doc’s answers in red in case you are curious about his responses.

Mostly As: Gryffindor – your dog is courageous, brave, and chivalrous.
Mostly Bs: Hufflepuff – your dog is a hard worker, is patient, just, and loyal.
Mostly Cs: Ravenclaw – your dog is intelligent, creative, a quick learner, and witty.
Mostly Ds: Slytherin – your dog is ambitious, cunning, resourceful, and a good leader.
Doctor’s Result: 4 A’s, 2 B’s, 1 C and 3 D’s – Putting him in Gryiffindor by a hair. Just like Harry Potter, he was very nearly sorted into Slytherin. Overall he got a pretty mixed report card and a few of the questions I hummed and hawed over because my dog is kind of all over the place. But a Gryffindor / Slytherin mix actually sounds pretty accurate.
What house would your dog be placed in?
