This fall I started playing with watercolor markers and fell down a rabbit hole after doodling the flower above and going, “Holy crap, I actually like this!”

I’ve been painting almost daily since then and although there’s been plenty of room for improvement and happy or less happy accidents, I am really proud of the progress I have made. It’s been really rewarding to teach myself something new.
